We check what we built against what we wrote down, and we believe the check rather than the feeling. It is why we would rather show you a runbook than a reference.

The boring artifacts are the valuable ones

Deployment runbooks, test checklists, restores that have actually been run. None of it is impressive in a meeting, and all of it is what lets your team operate the thing after we leave.

We take our own medicine

Our internal delivery framework, Fabled, holds our own work to evidence gates at every stage and requires a human decision before anything deploys. This website was built through it.

That is what a readiness workshop is for: a working session on your actual operations rather than a product demo. You leave knowing what is worth automating, what is not, and in what order.
