How we scope work
Everything below is a defined engagement with a written specification, an agreed price, and a stated way of knowing it worked. You are never buying an open-ended retainer or a seat on a platform.
Most engagements start smaller than people expect. A readiness workshop or a single integration is a perfectly good first piece of work, and it tells both of us far more about whether we should keep going than a long proposal would.

AI and automation
Four ways to start, from a single working session to a system in daily use.
AI readiness workshop
A working session on your actual operations, not a product demo. We assess where you stand, separate what modern AI can do from what it cannot, and identify the practical use cases in your daily work. You leave with a realistic roadmap of what is worth automating, what is not, and in what order.
Private AI agents
Custom assistants that know your business inside out but keep its secrets, unlike that one intern. You decide where the data lives, what the model sees, and how long anything is retained. Deployed into your own Azure tenant, or entirely onto your own machines.
MCP integration
We design and build the Model Context Protocol servers that let AI agents reach your documents, databases, and systems, with the permissions and audit trail that make that safe. Your credentials stay out of the model.
AI-assisted development and prototyping
An idea turned into something you can actually try, fast enough that a wrong turn costs days instead of quarters. With the right specification and process, AI-assisted development produces working software in a fraction of the usual time, and it is tested like any other build.

Managed properly, migrated carefully, and boring on purpose.
Azure and Microsoft 365
Complete migrations or a single workload, planned so the disruption lands where your business can absorb it. Ongoing management afterwards if you want it, and a clean handover to your own people if you do not.
Identity and device management
Company laptops and phones enrolled, secured, and kept up to date without nagging anyone, and access that follows people properly when they join, move, or leave.
Backup and storage
Cloud backup that has actually been restored in a test, and a documented restore procedure you could follow without us. A backup you have never restored is a rumor.
Self-hosted
For when the right answer is your own hardware, on your own premises.
Local servers and NAS
Specified for the workload you actually have, installed, and maintained, with storage and backup that you physically control and can point at.
Network and wireless
From the cable in the wall to the Wi-Fi in the meeting room, including the segmentation that keeps the guest network away from everything that matters.
Offline AI models
Modern language models installed and running entirely on your own machines, sized to your hardware, with the gateway and access controls around them. Nothing leaves the building and there is no meter running.
