How we scope work

Everything below is a defined engagement with a written specification, an agreed price, and a stated way of knowing it worked. You are never buying an open-ended retainer or a seat on a platform.

Most engagements start smaller than people expect. A readiness workshop or a single integration is a perfectly good first piece of work, and it tells both of us far more about whether we should keep going than a long proposal would.

A working session on your actual operations, not a product demo. We assess where you stand, separate what modern AI can do from what it cannot, and identify the practical use cases in your daily work. You leave with a realistic roadmap of what is worth automating, what is not, and in what order.
