What it is
RAY Healing Center is a full-stack platform we built for R.A.Y Healing Center, a wellness business, and it exists for one reason: to let healers focus on healing. Running a wellness practice means bookings, calendars, payments, loyalty programs, follow-up emails, and a dozen other administrative jobs that have nothing to do with the actual work. RAY takes that load.
Clients book online against real availability, because the booking system talks directly to Google Calendar. Loyalty rewards accumulate automatically. Payments are tracked. Follow-up emails go out on schedule without anyone drafting them at ten at night. And the owner gets analytics dashboards that show how the business is actually doing, not how it feels like it is doing.
There is a thoughtful bit of AI in there too: the system can suggest follow-up plans for clients after their sessions. And if no AI provider is configured, everything else keeps working exactly as before. The platform degrades gracefully rather than holding the business hostage to an API key.

Under the hood
A React 19 single-page app with an Express and Prisma backend, integrated with Google Calendar and the Gmail API. Email delivery runs through a Bull queue on Redis, and live updates stream over SSE. The project ships with a documentation hub, changelog, and security notes.
